Don Wolff hails from bee-you-ti-ful Southern Oregon, but during the week lives and works in Salem. He is currently the Director of Technology for Willamette ESD but still likens himself a teacher and learner.

When not pushing change in the workplace, thoughtplace and at home you can usually find him on a ball field of some type; coaching or playing. As Don believes, 90' between bases is as close to perfection as man has come on this earth.

The only true constant is change (geez, I hated hearing that as a kid) but boy is it true. And the pace of change is accelerating. Remaining successful and relevant will depend greatly on how well you accept and adapt to an ever changing workplace, thoughtplace and world!
