| About This Presenter  Tom is the Information Systems Program Administrator for Linn Benton Lincoln ESD. Tom provides primary leadership for information technology, instructional technology, e-learning, and school improvement programs for the 3-county education service district. Prior to his position with the ESD, Tom was the Director of Distance Learning at Portland State University. At PSU, Tom was responsible for developing, directing and managing distance and online learning courses and academic programs, faculty training and support, monitoring distance learning technology use and development, and supervising distance and online learning and information technology faculty and staff. Tom has worked in multiple learning management systems over the last 12+ years including WebCT, Blackboard, Sakai, and Moodle. Recently, he has spent time investigating best use practices for delivering e-learning using Google products alone and integrating Google Apps with Moodle. |
